Zombies Invade NYC Over Dish Dropping AMC

For more news and information on the series, visit the official website.
AMC Networks regrets that Dish has deprived you of the programming on AMC, WE tv, IFC and Sundance Channel. DISH continues to charge you for these networks; you just no longer receive them.
To clarify the situation, AMC Networks and DISH are not in a fee negotiation of any kind. We have not requested more money from DISH. The networks have been removed by DISH to gain leverage in an unrelated lawsuit.
We know DISH has been urging AMC fans to pay additional monies to see their favorite shows online. It seems unusual to us for a television provider to ask their subscribers to pay extra money to see the same shows that they are already paying for, and that their neighbors are getting, as part of their basic TV subscriptions.
The good news is every cable, phone and satellite company other than Dish carries AMC in its basic package and many providers are right now offering special incentives for people to switch and not miss Breaking Bad, Hell on Wheels, The Walking Dead and other favorite programs.
