Horror Society brings us word of a new zombie comedy, called "Interrupted Dead":
What do you get when an ordinary man, a fake psychic, and an eccentric entrepreneur cross paths with a murderous ghost? Three unprepared people and a ghost with a taste for blood and a distaste for the living. Jeff, a straightlaced office worker, is a normal young man with a normal life. Unfortunately, while participating in a seemingly harmless séance, he accidentally summons the spirit of a homicidal maniac. Big mistake. His life rapidly spins out of control as his friends and co-workers are methodically butchered by the ghost, which is seemingly intent on killing everyone Jeff knows. With the police now highly suspicious of him, and the body count quickly rising, Jeff must stop this unnatural and all consuming evil from taking over his life and destroying everything important to him. He employs the help of psychic Elsa, a tough gypsy with a heart of gold, and his jovial yet confused cousin Bram to figure out how to send the evil force back to it’s eternal slumber. With time running out, they must determine what the spirit is feeding on, and why it has chosen Jeff as it’s target…before its too late.
The Evil Dead meets Arrested Development in this offbeat horror-comedy that will have you laughing and jumping out of your seat all the way through.
