The Zombie Mud Run is a Post-Apocalyptic 5K
obstacle Mud Run teeming with Zombies infected with the living dead virus.

Whether you are an avid mud runner or you have never participated in a mud run, the Zombie Mud Run promises to be the most amazing, heart pounding, adrenalin producing mud run ever created! But you must first choose…

THE CHOICE You may sign up as a Human or Zombie.

HUMAN

Join the Alliance to help save the human race. The date is sometime in the not too distant future. You are among the few human survivors in this post-apocalyptic time of earth’s history. Your mission is to get you and as many of your fellow humans through the mud, obstacles, and Zombies, to the Green Zone that is believed to have food, water, medical supplies, music, and yes beer.

ZOMBIE

You have been infected by the living dead virus. Your only instinct is to feed on human flesh. Your mission is to infect as many humans as possible before they arrive at the Green Zone.

WHY SHOULD I DO THIS?

One word…FUN! Think of it as a giant party complete with music, food, beer, and thousands of people all looking to have a great time. We offer challenging obstacles without torturing our participants. Our uniquely themed race is designed to give you an outrageous experience where you will meet new people, act a little crazy, and have the time of your life while pushing yourself… for yourself.

Welcome to Participatory Entertainment. If your idea of a good time is to sit and watch other people live their life, perhaps you should go watch a movie or a baseball game. But if you want to live your life to the fullest, then get off your ass and help save the human race! (You can thank us later.)

Day Of The Dead (1985) - Awesome One Sheet Fundraising

So I was commissioned months ago to produce/design a limited and licensed silk-screened poster for the Steel City Secret Cinema out of Pittsburgh. I was lucky enough to be asked to design a poster for a classic and one of my favorite zombie hits…George A. Romero’s DAY OF THE DEAD. Needless to say I was beyond stoked.

The event/screening acted as a fundraiser for the Hollywood Threater in Pittsburgh. A chance to help raise money for the theater to remain open - which would require them to get a new digital film projector. Quite the costly feat. The event was a hit, and few copies were available at the show. They will be selling remaining copies online tomorrow (Monday / 04 / 29) and you can grab yourself a copy HERE.

Run For Your Lives Zombie 5K

My friend Jeremy showed me this:

Protect your brain and run for your life. This is one race where your legs giving out are the least of your problems. Run For Your Lives is a first-of-its-kind event, one part 5K, one part obstacle course, one part escaping the clutches of zombies — and all parts awesome. 

Runners will navigate a series of challenging obstacles throughout a 5K course in an attempt to reach the finish line — all while avoiding zombies. At the end of this adventure race, you get to celebrate survival (or zombie transformation) with live entertainment and music, local celebrities, vendors, food, and of course, beer!

If you're in (or can get to) Toronto, So. California, Maryland, Florida or Texas then you to can RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

5th Annual New Jersey Zombie Walk Date Announced

The 5th annual New Jersey Zombie Walk has announced its date. Maybe we can get friends of show like Steve Wands or Vaughn to shamble on over and give us some live (or undead) information when it happens?

The New Jersey Zombie Walk is rising for the 5th anniversary of the apocalypse on Saturday, October 6th 2012! The undead outbreak was born in Asbury Park in 2008, and every year since the zombie horde has tripled in size, rocketing the event further and further towards a total citywide takeover... which is exactly what will happen this milestone year! 

Look for updates throughout the year as we release details about ground zero, participating businesses, guest appearances, musical venues, stage schedules, parties and SO MUCH MORE!

The next So.Cal ZombieWalk is scheduled for Saturday April 28, 2012! The Walk will be taking place in Santa Monica, CA along the famous Third Street Promenade. The meeting location will be at the park located where Wilshire Boulevard ends at Ocean Avenue, next to the big Statue of Santa Monica. 

Meeting time is between 5:00 and 5:45 pm with the walk starting up around 6:00 pm after the rules have been read! Please be on time so you can hear all the rules of the walk and drop off your donation. If you are late and miss the rules you will NOT be able to walk the horde.
